For anyone who cannot fill the form in themselves. Put in your own employee ID first, then nominate them exactly as they would. Every entry is recorded against your name.
One person at a time
Use this when you are sitting with someone, or entering a handful of people. You need their employee ID, city, mobile number and T-shirt size.
Twenty people at once
Faster on a list. Download the Excel sheet, fill one row per person per event and upload it in one go.
They can still do it themselves
Nominating for someone does not lock them out. They can open My Championship with their employee ID and the last four digits of the mobile number you gave.

Your own employee ID, not the employee's. It records that this nomination came from you.

Please contact your city contact or your zone leader — they will add you to the list so you can nominate.
