Three ways to get an answer — your city contact, your zone mentor, or your zone owner. Most questions are answered in the FAQs below.
Start at step one and only move on if you do not get an answer. Most things never leave step one.
Fixtures, venue, timings, your draw, a result that looks wrong, or help entering. Almost everything is settled here.
Open your city page for the name and number.
Find your city →No reply, or a decision your SPOC cannot make on their own — a rule question, a clash between two events, a team that needs moving.
All mentors and contacts →Still stuck, or nobody has come back to you. The zone owner picks it up from here.
All mentors and contacts →Every Pidilite employee, at every location, in as many events as you like.
Press NOMINATE NOW on any page. Type your employee ID and press Find me — your name, gender and department fill in by themselves. Pick your city, T-shirt size and events, and submit. It takes about two minutes.
Contact your city contact or your zone leader. They check the employee list and add you, and then the form works.
Your championship number, e.g. HC9-MUM-01452. You get it the moment you submit. One per person, for all your events.
It appears as soon as you submit. Later, open My Championship with your employee ID (or HAH ID) and the last four digits of your mobile number, and download the pass as an image or a PDF.
Yes. Nominations stay open — use the form again with the same employee ID to add events. Open My Championship to change a partner, leave a team or withdraw.
Nominations are open and stay open — you can still enter once the city rounds have started, as long as your event has not been played. The countdown on the home page shows when the next round begins. If your event is close, tell your city contact so they can fit you into the draw.
Quiz teams are four people from the same city: one person creates the team and gets a BW code, the other three join with it. Performing Arts groups work the same way with a PA code. Doubles partners are entered by employee ID.
Zone mentors and leaders can use Bulk Upload: download the Excel template, fill one row per person per event, and upload it with the zone’s upload code. The website checks every row before anything is saved.
Almost. Every city and every zonal round plays open-ground Ground Cricket with a hard tennis ball over 8 overs (Ground Cricket rule book). Only the Mumbai city round plays Box Cricket — 6 overs, underarm compulsory, on netted turf (Box Cricket rule book — Mumbai only).
Then it has not been published yet. Draws appear on the Draws page and your city page the moment the organisers publish them.
Tell your city contact or your zone mentor. It is fixed at the source, so the correction shows on the site straight away.
