Take a participant out of an event — for example when someone was nominated by mistake, entered twice, or can no longer take part. Only the people on the zone owners, mentors and city leaders list can do this.
Only zone owners, zone mentors, influencers / city leaders and the HAH organising team can revoke entries. Type your own employee ID.
Type the employee ID of the person whose entry should be taken out.
Tick the entries to revoke. The person is taken out of those events only — their other entries stay.
Every revoke is recorded with your name, the time and the reason, and the organisers can restore an entry if it was taken out by mistake. A person who was taken out can nominate again for the same event later.
Fixtures, venues, draws and results are quickest with the people in your own city. Anything they cannot settle goes up to your zone mentor, and then to your zone owner.
